Why don't you have pre-set prices for websites?
Answer: Every website we create is unique. Some websites are 100+ pages with Ecommerce functionality and some are five pages that only have some text copy and a few photos. Because of this, each website must be bid out based upon various factors such as number of pages, type of copy needed, applications needed, and other project-specific needs. A common, 10-15 page website averages a price between $1500 to $5000.

Do you offer discounts for non-profit organizations?
Answer: Yes! We offer a 15% discount to non-profit organizations for website work. We recognize the importance of non-profit organizations and want to make it possible for you to have the website you deserve at a price you can afford. If you are a non-profit organization and need a price quote, be sure to mention your non-profit status when you contact us.

Who writes the copy/text and supplies the photos for the website?
Answer: Typically, the client is responsible for writing the copy/text for the website. However, we offer copy writing services and can write your copy/text for you. If you are supplying your copy/text we ask that you provide it to us in Word format. As for photos, you can supply your own or take advantage of our custom and stock photography services. If you are supplying the photos we ask that you provide them to us as high-resolution .tiff files.

What are the payment options when I sign up for a website?
Answer: When you sign up for a website, a 50% down-payment is required along with the signed proposal. The remaining 50% is due just before the website goes live or within 60 days of when website work begins (whichever comes first). We accept checks, major credit cards, and PayPal payments.

How long will it take for my website to be finished?
Answer: The timeframe for completion varies from project to project. Some projects are finished within several days. Other projects take four or five months. Factors influencing the completion timeframe include the size/complexity of the website, speed of client communication and speed of delivered goods (copy, photos, etc.). On average, most websites are completed between three and eight weeks.

Can you maintain my website if I ever need edits? What do you charge?
Answer: Yes! In fact, that's the cornerstone of our business. We remain accessible and work with you after the website is made live. We understand that updates to your website are what keep your business growing and we make it a priority to help you keep your website fresh and updated. We charge $75/hour for website maintenance. Site maintenance plans are also available for clients who need regular updates. These plans start at $150/month for up to three hours of website maintenance (3 hours for the price of 2). If your website will need monthly or quarterly updates, a maintenance contract would be a better option for you. If your website updates are spread out, the bill-by-the-hour option would be a wiser choice.

Can you host my website?
Answer: No, we don't host sites. Here's why. Hosting is such a critical part of your website's success (up-time, etc.) that we think the hosting experts should handle the hosting. We think they do a better job of it than we could.
