What is a strategy session like?
We sit down with you, at your office or ours, and listen hard as we work through a comprehensive questionnaire to discover your clientele and business mix. Then we evaluate your current marketing efforts and help you generate ideas to determine your marketing goals. Then we put together an action plan for your business.
What can I expect from a brainstorm session?
You can expect to come away with several new and practical ideas for growing your business! We bring our best creative minds to the brainstorm table and spend a little time getting to know your business. This helps us generate ideas that are appropriate for you. The ideas are yours to implement (or we can help you do that, too!).
Can I afford your services?
Well, let us ask you this: what are you willing to invest in your business? Are you tired of spending so much time trying to figure out and design your marketing campaigns by yourself? We work with serious clients who want to grow their businesses, and customized marketing advice doesn't come cheap (you wouldn't want cheap advice in such an important area, anyway). But we do offer payment plans so that businesses with marketing budgets of any size can utilize our services.
What kind of experience do you have in marketing?
In addition to the marketing consulting we've been doing since our company was born in 2007, we have several years' experience in director-level marketing positions for two businesses in very different industries. In every case, we've seen our clients or employers (as the case may be) experience tremendous growth as a result of our efforts. For our complete story, glance through the
company's history.

Do you offer logo and branding design services?
Yes! We have a graphic designer on board and Candy is a marketing professional. We provide branding
strategies that include logo design, business cards, letterhead, and publicity/marketing pieces. Our individual attention and
ability to ensure that your print and website branding strategies are aligned sets us apart from the competition.
Do you offer electronic marketing services?
Yes! We have access to one of the best search engine optimization (SEO) and Internet marketing specialists around. We help you recognize the critical importance of driving customers to your website through search engines. Simply being listed in an online directory or on page four of a Google search isn't enough. Our strategies will show you how to be listed in the top 10 in the top search engines for key phrases that relate to your business niche.
Who owns the electronic files once the project is finished?
For graphic design and flash projects, you own the output files while we retain ownership to the original files. The reason for this is that we find our files tend to get passed around as templates. If you'd like to own the original files, they are available for purchase. For website projects, once the website is live and the project is completed, you own your website code, text and graphics.
What kinds of things do you design?
We can design just about anything you can imagine. We design things like email campaigns, print campaigns, brochures and other promotional materials, packaging, book covers, magazines & newsletters, and more. We also design websites and build them ourselves, whether flash or html/css in nature. Do you have a unique project?

What is the process for designing and building a website?
For a comprehensive step-by-step explanation, please browse our
website approach page. You'll quickly get a sense of our six simple steps to building a website.
Why don't you have preset prices for websites?
Every website we create is unique. Some websites are 100+ pages with e-Commerce functionality and some are
five pages that only have some text copy and a few photos. Because of this, each website must be bid out based upon various factors
such as number of pages, type of copy needed, applications needed, and other project-specific needs. A common, 10-15 page website can
average a price between $1500 to $5000.
How long will it take for my website to be finished?
The timeframe for completion varies from project to project. Some projects are finished within several days.
Other projects take four months or more. Factors influencing the completion timeframe include the size/complexity of the website,
speed of client communication and speed of delivered goods (copy, photos, etc.). On average, most websites are completed between three and eight weeks.
Can you maintain my website if I ever need edits? What do you charge?
Yes! In fact, that's the cornerstone of our business. We remain accessible and work with you after the
website goes live. We understand that updates to your website are what keep your business growing and we make it a priority to
help you keep your website fresh and updated. We charge $100/hour for website maintenance. Site maintenance plans are also available
for clients who need regular updates.

Do you offer discounts for nonprofit organizations?
Yes! We offer a 15% discount to nonprofit organizations for website work. We recognize the
importance of nonprofit organizations and want to make it possible for you to have the website you deserve at a price you can
afford. If you are a nonprofit organization and need a price quote, be sure to mention your nonprofit status when you
contact us.
What kinds of businesses do you work with?
We work with all kinds of small to medium-sized organizations, from professional photographers to nonprofit agencies to private sector businesses.
Do you have payment plans for your services?
Yes! We realize that a steady cash flow is often difficult for small business owners, so if you're unable to pay in full up front (as many of our clients do), we will work with you to customize a payment plan that works for your business. Our typical payment structure requires a 50% down-payment, with the remaining 50% due before delivery of the completed project or within 60 days of when work begins (whichever comes first). We accept checks, all major credit cards, and PayPal payments.
What can I do in a tumultuous economy to grow my business?
There are several things you can do in a tumultuous economy. The first is to refine your business goals and the marketing plan for those goals. Second, dig in and really get to know your clientele and make certain your marketing messages are effective for the clientele you want. Third, take advantage of the natural human tendency to hunker down and wait for hard times to pass. Tumultuous economies have always been, and always will be, times of great opportunity to gain competitive advantage, grow your business, and increase your personal wealth. We can help you weather tough times.
